Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order.
